Shipping Policy and Terms
ORDER PROCESSING:
Expect an email letting you know your order is on the way at the email address provided during check out. It may take up to 24 hours to begin processing your order.
Orders placed before 9 pm EST during operational store hours of 9 am - 11 pm, will be sent out for processing the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, an email with real-time tracking information will be sent.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 or 4 to 8 business days via USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS depending on the complexity of the item (plain text design, art graphic, or embellished/custom order) and costs.
Note: At this moment we do not ship outside of USA/United States of America, but will soon.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Currently shipping starts at $4.99 and $2.99 for each additional item added (reduced shipping offer). Rates are subject to change based on carrier used and/or need to keep up with shipping cost inflation.
FREE shipping offer applies on orders over the certain $ amount specified and is subject to change. Quantity and/or weight may affect this offer and additional charges may apply depending on the amount of merchandise being shipped.
